Twelve NV Energy customers were without power Monday morning after a fuse was blown. NV Energy spokeswoman Faye Andersen said the utility suspects the outage was a result of a lightning strike Sunday night, of which there were several. The customers, all on Conte Drive, were without power from about 5:30 a.m. until 1:40 p.m.
"It just took a while to get up the mountain and get it fixed," Andersen said.
