William Paul Willis, passed away on Tuesday, July 17th at the VA Hospital in Reno, NV at the age of 70. Paul was born on October 17, 1941 in Visalia, CA to William Henry Willis and Ruth Greeley Willis. Paul joined the Marine Corp. and served two tours of duty in Vietnam. After Vietnam, he worked as a mechanic for Mobile Oil and then for UPS. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, music and traveling.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Martha, and by his sister, Beverley Rellar and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, July 30, 2012, with a viewing beginning at 9:00 a.m. with services following at 11:00 a.m. at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith, 3945 Fairview Drive, Carson City, followed by a graveside service with full military honors at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 14 Veteran's Way, Fernley, NV. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is caring for arrangements.
