Reward offered for information in vandalism of Lyon squad cars

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on vandals who damaged three cars owned by a deputy or the department in the Dayton area.

On Jan. 12, a rock was thrown against a deputy's personal vehicle while it was parked at the deputy's residence. On Feb. 24, a rock damaged a patrol vehicle's back window. On March 23, a patrol vehicle had a tire slashed while parked at a deputy's residence.

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward of $500 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible.
