This holiday season the Nevada Appeal once again wants to hear about your special memories of the holidays.Throughout the years, our readers have poured out their hearts in our annual Holiday Memories feature, telling true stories of anything related to the holidays — memories of wartime scrimping, reunions involving loved ones and thrilling surprises under the tree.We’d like to hear your special holiday stories. Photos are welcome. We ask that your stories be true and no longer than 500 words. Because, it is always better to give than receive. Letters to Santa will appear on Dec. 23. Submissions will be accepted from students kindergarten through fourth grade. Submissions of letters, poems, short stories or drawings about Christmas will be accepted. Submissions must include each student’s first and last name, as well as grade.
