The following information applies to the period of Oct. 8-14:• There will be lane closures in both directions on Carson Street due to maintenance between Musser Street and Seventh Street on Monday and Tuesday.• There will be traffic control on Airport Road between Douglas Drive and Minonee Lane through Tuesday. The road will be open to traffic, but delays are possible.• There will be traffic control on Roop Street between Northridge Drive and Winnie Lane due to the construction of bicycle and pedestrian improvements. Minor delays are possible.• There will be traffic control on Goni Road at the intersection with Arrowhead Drive due to utility work. There also will be construction activity at the intersection of Arrowhead Drive and Carson Street, but most of the work will be in the shoulder.• There will be nightly lane closures on Highway 395 from the junction of Highway 50W (Spooner) to 1st Street in Minden, Sunday through Thursday, between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. There will be flagger- controlled traffic. There will be work at the following locations as a result of the Freeway Landscaping Project. Traffic control may be in effect. • North Carson Street, in the vicinity of the freeway overpass. Possible lane closures on the southbound off ramp. • Highway 50 in the vicinity of the Freeway. Possible lane closures at the Highway 50 Interchange.• College Parkway in the vicinity of the Freeway. Possible lane closures at the College Parkway Interchange.• Shoulder work on Arrowhead Drive, Northgate Lane, Emerson Dr. and Northridge Drive in the vicinity of the freeway.The following closures are expected due to special event on Saturday from 6 a.m. to noon.• Curry Street from Musser Street to Fourth Street.• Second Street from Carson Street to Curry Street.• Third Street from Carson Street to Curry Street.On Sunday, Oct. 14, Rice Street will be closed between Carson Street and Fall Street from noon to 6 p.m. for a special event.
