All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:MONDAY• 1:36 a.m.: Taylor Nicole Chandler, 18, of Carson City was arrested at Highway 50 and Lompa Lane on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing driver’s view and on a Douglas County failure-to-appear drug court warrant. No bail.• 5:12 a.m.: A 23-year-old woman was arrested at the 3000 block of Highway 50 East on a Carson City violation of a suspended sentence warrant. Bail: $1,000.• 7:49 a.m.: Kyle Banko, 23, of Carson City was arrested at 829 Fairview Drive on charges of domestic battery and false imprisonment. Bail: $5,632.• 12:40 p.m.: A 36-year-old Wellington man was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a Carson City violations-of-conditions-of-probation warrant. Bail: $3,000.• 3:10 p.m.: A 43-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 1140 W. King St. on a Carson City defrauding-an-innkeeper warrant. Bail: $3,000.• 7:50 p.m.: Cynthia Pack, 61, of Reno was arrested at Carson and Third streets on two charges of battery on a peace officer. Bail: $5,000.• 9:40 p.m.: Steven Ladd, 43, of Carson City was arrested at 555 N. Stewart St. on a charge of battery domestic violence second offense. Bail: $5,132.
