The independent broker/dealer also offers its advisors educational conferences.For more information, call 775-364-0010 or go to www.trunorthwealth.com.$45 million in SBA loans approvedThe non-profit Nevada State Development Corporation has approved $45 million in SBA 504 loans in the fiscal year 2012, resulting in a 48 percent increase in loan activity for the state.The $45 million in SBA 504 loans translates into approximately $122 million in commercial real estate projects for small business owners and helped create or save 1,409 jobs in Nevada. For the fourth quarter of 2012, NSDC had $17.7 million in SBA 504 loans approved. About half the projects were in the Northern Nevada market, with most in the Reno and Carson City area.
