Now the Appeal is publishing two to three times the reading matter and is publishing telegraphic and stock reports.100 years agoWarden Cowing and Lieutenant Kelly arrived from San Francisco this morning with their man Skinner, who left the prison a short while ago for a few days visit along the waterfront. A woman proved his undoing and he was arrested by San Francisco police.
