Obituary: Ann Barnett

Ann Barnett, 93, of Carson City passed away Wednesday evening, September 5, 2012 surrounded by her family. Ann was born Ann Pistorino, in San Francisco, CA November 4, 1918. Ann is survived by two daughters, Carol Jacobs & Sherry Shepherd; a son, Fred Bloise; countless grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. She was a devoted bowler who, up till her stroke in December, bowled on three leagues in Carson City for over 20 years. Ann was a cherished lady who will be extraordinarily missed by all who knew her. She will miss and be missed by her friends from the Carson Nugget and her Carson Lanes family. Per her request, there will be no service.
