All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:MONDAY• 7:58 a.m.: Betty Walker, 65, of Carson City was arrested in the 600 block of Roop Street on a charge of battery domestic violence. Bail: $3,132.• 1:48 p.m.: Christopher Delise, 36, of Carson City was arrested in the 1400 block of North Carson Street on a charge of battery domestic violence. Bail: $3,137.• 5:48 p.m.: A 67-year-old Fernley man was arrested at Curry and John streets on charges of a fictitious registration, driving on a suspended driver’s license and no proof of insurance. Bail: $1,471.• 8:47 p.m.: A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 300 block of East William Street on charges of an inoperative headlight, driving on a suspended license and on a Reno failure-to-comply warrant. Bail: $624.TUESDAY• 12:30 a.m.: A 32-year-old Texas man was arrested in the 300 block of North Carson Street on a charge of disorderly conduct after allegedly challenging deputies to fight after they had called a cab for him. Bail: $237.• 7:40 a.m.: A 37-year-old Gardnerville man was arrested in the 3800 block of South Carson Street on a charge of a probation violation. Bail: $3,000.• 6 p.m.: Robert Lavine, 56, of Carson City was arrested in the 2000 block of West College Parkway on a charge of battery domestic violence. Bail: $3,137.• 7:20 p.m.: Leo Reyes-Jacinto, 31, of Carson City was arrested in the Carson City jail on a charge of possessing a forged instrument or bill.
