Carson CityThe following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:SUNDAY• 12:10 p.m.: A 51-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 3200 block of Market Street on a charge of petit larceny. Bail: $352.MONDAY• 1:03 a.m.: A 35-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Adams and Carson streets on a Reno failure-to-comply warrant. Bail: $1,500.• 2:54 a.m.: A 19-year-old Carson City man and a 21-year-old Carson City woman were arrested in the 2100 block of East William Street. The man was arrested on charges of violation of a suspended sentence and underage gambling and his bail was set at $3,347. The woman was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Carson failure-to-appear traffic warrant. Bail: $1,304.• 3:06 a.m.: Brian Cheatum, 61, of Reno was arrested at John and Stewart streets on charges of DUI, failure to maintain a lane, turn signal required and impeding traffic. Bail: $1,403.• 9 a.m.: A 21-year-old Incline Village man was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a Douglas contempt-of-court warrant. Bail: $750.• 2:13 p.m.: Margaret Whitehead, 37, of Carson City was arrested at the Carson City Sheriff’s Office on a gross misdemeanor charge of child abuse. Bail: $2,500.• 4:15 p.m.: A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the Carson City Jail, after being transported from the Washoe County Jail, on a Carson violation-of-conditions-of-a-suspended-sentence warrant. Bail: $3,000.• 4:15 p.m.: A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the Carson City Jail, after being transported from the Washoe County Jail, on a Carson failure-to-appear traffic warrant. Bail: $384.• 6:35 p.m.: A 32-year-old Washoe Valley man was arrested at the Carson City Jail, after being transported from Lyon County, on a contempt-of-court warrant. Bail: $500.• 6:48 p.m.: A 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the Carson City Sheriff’s Office after turning himself in on a Carson probation-violation warrant. Bail: $3,000.• 10:20 p.m.: A 58-year-old Las Vegas man was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a Carson contempt-of-court warrant. Bail: $1,000.• 11:49 p.m.: A 26-year-old Mound House man was arrested at Fairview Drive and Kansas Street on charges of obstructing, driving on a suspended or revoked license and on three failure-to-appear warrants. Bail: $2,247.TUESDAY• 12:44 a.m.: A 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Sonoma and Carson streets on a Douglas failure-to-appear warrant.
