Ruction at Empire: Doloras Carnade was at a Saloon in Empire playing pedro for beer with his dog by his side. Charles Hogan came in and ran against the dog causing the animal to elevate the bristles along his back. Charles said if the dog jumped around any more, he would let some lead into him. A row ensued. The dog grabbed Shay by the leg. Hogan knocked the old man down with a billiard table, F. Carnado was beaten. Hogan and Shay were marked up. Doloras was banged in the mouth, but the dog was unhurt.
