Carson City sheriff’s deputies say a man has been arrested after pulling a gun at a Carson City Olive Garden.
Authorities say the man walked into the Italian restaurant on South Carson Street Sunday night and started complaining about the food. Deputies say he asked for the manager and pulled a gun during their talk before also threatening the chef.
Officials say the man left the eatery in his truck and was found a short time later at his home.
Nobody was injured in the confrontation at the restaurant, but authorities say the suspect was treated for injuries he received while struggling during his arrest.
The man has been identified as 56-year-old David Lane, and faces charges including burglary, assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.
