Obituary: Theresa Field

Theresa Field, 66, passed away June 12, 2013 in Carson City, NV. Theresa was born December 27, 1946 in Napa, CA to Louis and Betty Klufts. A longtime resident of Carson City, Theresa worked at Gilbert’s Drug store and later for the State of Nevada in the Notary department. She enjoyed gardening in her free time. Theresa also devoted much of her time to her family and grandchildren especially their involvement in sports.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents and her in-laws, John and Violet Bushman.

She will be dearly missed by her husband of forty-eight years, Bill Field; three daughters, Kim (Jim) Puzey, Kelly (Eric) Swain and Kerry Field; one sister, Tammy (John) Ray; five grandchildren, Brittany, Samantha and Zachary Puzey, Ryan-Michael and Sienna Swain; niece, Nicole Ray.

Honoring Theresa’s wishes, there will be no service.

Walton’s Chapel of the Valley is in charge of final arrangements.
