Obituary: Lynn Daily

Lynn Daily, 66, of Filer, Idaho, passed away March 2, 2013, in Twin Falls, Idaho. Patricia “Lynn” Young was born September 21, 1946, in Fresno, CA, to Chick & Inez Young. She married Patrick John Daily in 1967, and they made their home in Carson City, NV, with their two daughters, Mary Kay & Shawna. Lynn began working for the State of Nevada where she continued to work after Pat’s death in 1978 supporting herself and her two daughters.Lynn’s greatest enjoyment in life was being with her family and accompanying them as they participated in team roping, high school and Jr. Rodeo, team sorting and team penning. She was blessed with seven grandchildren and continued this tradition supporting them at various sporting events and activities never missing an event be it a rainy track meet or football game, all day volleyball/wrestling meet or a Christmas program, she could be counted on to be there supporting them.Lynn was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick J Daily; dad, Charles “Chick” Young; and her mom, Inez Young.She is survived by her daughters, Mary Kay (Steve) Morris and Shawna (Tomas) Guerra; seven grandchildren, Cody Morris, Dustin (Amy) Morris, Tawny Morris, Stephanie Guerra, Felicia Guerra, Erica Guerra, Cassie Guerra; one great granddaughter, Tayvee Morris and cousins, Bonnie Dietrich & Bette Denning of Carson City, NV.A graveside funeral service will be 11 a.m., Friday, March 8, 2013 at the Lone Mountain Cemetery in Carson City, Nevada. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Chapel in Buhl, Idaho.
