Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:

WEDNESDAY

11:03 p.m.: A 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Fairview and Stanton drives on two Carson failure-to-appear warrants. Bail: $1,137.

11:23 p.m.: Jamie Estrada, 23, of Carson City was arrested at Fairview and Steamboat drives on suspicion of DUI, open container of alcohol in vehicle, no turn single and no valid driver’s license. Bail: $1,578.

11:36 p.m.: A 39-year-old Carson City man was arrested on College Parkway on suspicion of a violation of bail conditions. Bail: $3,000.

THURSDAY

7:28 p.m.: Joel Lopez-Avalos, 27, of Carson City was arrested in the 4200 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of indecent exposure. Three witnesses reportedly told a deputy Lopez-Avalos was fondling himself in the driver’s seat of his red truck. Bail was set at $5,000.

7:57 p.m.: A 51-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 3300 block of U.S. Highway 50 East on suspicion of illegal turn at an intersection, no valid driver’s license and suspended registration and on a Carson failure-to-appear warrant with bail set at $532. A 55-year-old Carson City man also was arrested on a failure-to-appear traffic warrant with bail set at $212.

9:17 p.m.: James Henderson, 40, of Carson City was arrested in the 1900 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, no headlights and possession of a controlled substance. Bail: $5,183.

9:47 p.m.: Kristafer Robinson, 35, of Carson City was arrested at Seventh and Curry Streets on suspicion of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and open container of alcohol in vehicle with bail set at $2,687. Rebecca Jessmer, 33, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of a probation violation with a no-bail hold. A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested at West Seventh and South Carson streets on suspicion of lights required and turn signals required and on a Carson warrant. Bail: $388.

11:39 p.m.: Nicholas Thomas, 29, of Sequim, Wash., was arrested at South Carson Street and U.S. Highway 50 West on a California fugitive-from-justice warrant and on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. No bail.

FRIDAY

12:35 a.m.: A 40-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a Carson contempt-of-court warrant with bail set at $1,000, and a 67-year-old Fernley man was arrested at the jail on a Carson contempt-of-court warrant with bail set at $324.

Storey County

The following people were booked into the Storey County Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:

TUESDAY

A 32-year-old Dayton man was arrested on Storey County and Lyon County warrants. Bail: $1,963.

WEDNESDAY

A 39-year-old Reno woman was arrested on a Storey County warrant. Bail: $750.
