Carson Animal Services Initiative (CASI) would like to thank everyone who made our entry into the 2013 Nevada Day parade possible. Your time and money helping us raise awareness of the need for a new animal shelter is greatly appreciated. We are incredibly grateful to our wonderful volunteers and donors.

David and Cecile Critchfield, Stan and Sunni Heinrichs, Oscar Arcos, Robert Lopez, Lee Suponch, Robin Ponte, Linda McKenzie, Margi Lopez, John and Stephanie Spielmann, Rick Ramsey with The Wet T-Shirt, Manhard Consulting, Home Depot, and NDDIDPA all made donations to our entry. We would also like to thank all of our volunteers who walked in the parade with us handing out flyers and dog biscuits. A special thanks to Jennifer Spielmann for picking us for her Carson High School senior project and bringing so many of her friends to help us distribute 1,000 flyers at the parade.

If we have forgotten anyone, it was not intentional, and please accept our apologies. We value every one of you. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events including wine tasting at the Carson Nugget on Feb. 7. Please visit our website for more information about CASI and how you can help build a new animal shelter for Carson City: www.friendsofcasi.org.
