Carson Tahoe Health will host its inaugural Spooktacular Stroll from 3-6 p.m. today in the north parking area at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center, 1600 Medical Parkway. The Carson Mall, 1313 S. Carson St., will host safe trick-or-treating from 1-6 p.m. Thursday. Participants can receive 10 percent off at Charley’s Grilled Subs by bringing a food item for F.I.S.H.
Jamba Juice, 921 Topsy Lane, will provide free smoothies to children from 2-7 p.m. Thursday.
