The Nevada Day committee is reminding participants that the deadline for parade entries is Sept. 20. The application fees for parade entrants will increase after today.
Sept. 26 is the deadline for vendor and private party locations.
The committee also is searching for volunteers. There are 10 vacancies for parade marshals.
The Nevada Day office can be reached at 775-882-2600 between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
