The family of Virgil Getto would like to extend a debt of gratitude to the community of Fallon for the outpouring of sympathy and support in response to his recent death. Especially appreciated are Loretta Guazzini and The Gardens, St. Patrick’s Catholic Community, Dr. Kurt Carlson and family, Steve Ranson and the Lahontan Valley News, Mayor Ken Tedford, and Virgil’s loving care-givers and all the wonderful friends of Virgil’s for their attention to the family in these past grief-filled days. As a wonderful example of this place that Virgil called home for 90 years, you all reflected the giving nature of the extraordinary community which he so loved. Thank you. The Getto Family
