Dunkin’ Donuts will open its Carson City location on Tuesday.
To celebrate the grand opening, at 2190 E. William St., the restaurant will host a ribbon cutting ceremony with Carson City Mayor Bob Crowell, the Carson City Chamber of Commerce and U.S. Army JROTC at 8 a.m., with a special appearance by the Nevada Pony Express at 10 a.m.
In addition, the first customer in line in-store and at the drive-thru when the restaurant opens at 5 a.m. will receive free coffee for a year. From Dec. 16-21, all guests will receive a free medium hot or iced coffee during their visit, with a limit of one coffee per guest.
“Dunkin’ Donuts is one of the world’s leading brands, and we are proud to serve the people of Carson City and hope to become a popular destination for guests,” said Nicole Hansen, owner of the HT2 Franchising LLC franchise group. “This is just the beginning, as we are looking to open nine additional restaurants in the Northern Nevada market in the years ahead.”
The 2,200 square feet restaurant will be open 24 hours, seven days a week and will employ approximately 100 crew members.
