Four people were arrested Tuesday and Wednesday on suspicion of DUI, some as part of the Carson City Sheriff’s Office’s saturation patrol. According to arrest reports:

• Dana Roselle Christensen, 22, of Bridgeport, Calif., was arrested at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday at North Curry and West Washington streets on suspicion of DUI-second offense and open container of alcohol. A deputy pulled her over for going 36 mph in a 25 mph and reported smelling alcohol on her breath. A preliminary breath test revealed that her blood-alcohol level was above 0.08, the legal limit for drivers. After Christensen was arrested, a deputy noticed an open bottle of vodka on the passenger-side floorboard.

Christensen became verbally combative and hit her head repeated on the backseat window of the patrol car, as well as the partition between the back and front seats. At the Carson City Jail, the deputy learned Christensen had been convicted of DUI in 2011. Total bail was set at $2,600.

• Sydney Jones, 30, of Pittsburg, Calif., was arrested at 3:25 a.m. Wednesday at East Sixth and South Carson streets on suspicion of DUI-drugs and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription. A deputy pulled him over for going 51 mph in a 25 mph zone and saw the vehicle’s occupants jostling around. Jones showed signs of impairment on field sobriety tests and acknowledged having smoked marijuana earlier in the day.

Dispatchers advised that Jones’ California driver license was suspended, and a booking deputy at the jail found a small bag on Jones containing several medications Jones couldn’t provide prescriptions for. Total bail was set at $6,000.

• Derek Scott Clinkenbeard, 43, of Carson City was arrested at 8:42 p.m. Wednesday in the 3500 block of Northgate Lane on suspicion of DUI-second offense and domestic battery-first offense. Clinkenbeard’s ex-wife reported that he was late returning their daughter despite a shared-custody agreement, and a deputy smelled a strong odor of alcohol on Clinkenbeard after he arrived. Clinkenbeard submitted to a preliminary breath test and had a blood-alcohol level well above the legal limit for drivers. Bail was set at $5,500.

• Steven Segal, 23, of Carson City was arrested at Valley and Caroline streets on suspicion of DUI-first offense. A deputy saw Segal drive onto the curb on North Carson Street and pulled him over. Segal showed signs of impairment on all field sobriety tests, then was revealed to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.19 during a preliminary breath test. Bail was set at $1,000.
