Russell John Gentry “Woody”

Russell John Gentry ‘Woody’ unexpectedly left this world Thursday July 24th, 2014. He is reunited with his deceased mother and father, Bernice and Henry, son Justin Gentry and his deceased wife Sally Gentry. He is survived by many loved ones and dear friends, including wife Ruby, daughter Crystal, granddaughter Elena, son Nick, sons Tim and Casey, daughters Shelly, Kelly, and Janelle, brother Al and nephew Joe. Woody was a kind, caring, Harley-loving, adventurous and free spirit. He was the life of the party who loved a good joke and laugh. He responsibly and lovingly cared for his family wholeheartedly, including many exotic pets- especially his blue and gold McCaw, Rock, who joined him on many motorcycle rides. He was a hard worker who enjoyed music, sharing stories, exploring the unknown and history. His strength and heart kept him going through many near death experiences and tragic losses. His memory will live on forever in the hearts and minds of those he has left behind. He was an inspiration to many, and is greatly missed. A slide show put to music will be made to honor his life.
