Jack and Maggie Davis

We lost our beloved parents, Jack and Maggie Davis a week apart. They were together for sixty-five years in life and reunited this week to be together forever. Jack had passed away May 22, 2014 and Maggie joined him on May 29, 2014. Jack was born February 1, 1930 in Southern California to Earl and Eleanor Davis. Maggie was born in Hollywood, California July 18, 1929 to Kenneth and Vera Christman. They were married on July 30 ,1949. In 1982 they moved to Coleville, CA where they built their dream home “HardWay Ranch” Jack had an adventurous spirit, living life to the fullest. He enjoyed flying, motorcycles, cars and boats. Maggie kept the home fires burning, her family always came first and she was happiest when surrounded by family. Together, they both loved the outdoors, spending many happy hours making improvements on their “ranch”. Jack and Maggie will be dearly missed by their children, Doug Davis (Kelli), Sheri Horvath (Dick) and Susie Bonfiglio (Brad), four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. There will be a Graveside Service Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 11:30am at the Antelope Valley Cemetery in Coleville, CA.followed by a reception at the Walker Community Center. Walton’s Funeral Home is in charge of final arrangements.
