Elks make book donation

The Tahoe-Douglas Elks Lodge 2670 recently made a donation to cover the cost of 31 books ordered by C.C. Meneley Elementary School Librarian, Dianne Deadrich. These books were ordered with kindergarten students in mind because other sources of funds had been for upper grades.

The Tahoe-Douglas Elks Lodge 2670 recently made a donation to cover the cost of 31 books ordered by C.C. Meneley Elementary School Librarian, Dianne Deadrich. These books were ordered with kindergarten students in mind because other sources of funds had been for upper grades.

The Elks donation comes from an Elks National Foundation Grant titled Beacon/Promise Grant.
