Cindy Marie Melton

Cindy Marie Melton passed away in the early hours of February 22nd at home in Topaz Ranch Estates with her loving companion of 19 years, Jim Turk at her bedside. Cindy was born October 19, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is survived by her mother, Mina Krumsieg, (Ray) and her siblings, Christing Hinesley, Joanna Reese (Steve), and Daryl Krumsieg (Katie). She is also survived by her extended family, Jim’s sons, Jon Turk (Amy), Jerrod Turk (Janet). Granddaughters Breanna, Savanna, and Hailey Mae Turk. She is also survived by a loving step-daughter Gail Melton. Cindy worked at Harley-Davidson Financial Services in Carson City for nine years. She also worked in the

Financial Services Dept. at the Ridge Tahoe and in the dining rooms at Merrill Gardens in Gardnerviille. She was a Nevada Notary and helped members of the TRE Neighborhood Watch Group complete paperwork for their quads. Earlier she was a Real Estate Agent in San Diego County for many years. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, March 22nd at 2:00 PM at Walton’s Funeral Home, 1521 Church St. Gardnerville, NV.
