One person was killed Tuesday night and another was in serious condition in a Reno hospital after a motorcycle hit a pedestrian in the area of Stewart and Telegraph streets shortly before 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Sheriff Ken Furlong.
The pedestrian died at the scene, the motorcycle driver was transported via CareFlight medical helicopter in serious condition.
Traffic was rerouted in the area as an investigation took place.
