Jim Grant of Mankato, Minn., a Carson native and brother of Sade Grant, has advised G. W. Russell, chairman of the Nevada Day Committee, that he will be here to participate in the centennial parade. Driving his “Ponyless Express,” Mr. Grant will carry a pouch of congratulatory messages to Gov. Grant Sawyer to be delivered on Nevada Day.
