Christopher Edgar Reynolds of Washoe Valley passed away on September 1st. Born on September 2nd, 1978 in Carson City to father Lon Reynolds and mother Kathy Cave Parshley and raised in Washoe Valley. He was a 1997 graduate of Washoe High School in Reno. Chris was a beloved son and father who loved 4 wheeling in the hills around Washoe Valley and Virginia City area. A skilled carpenter, he finally found his calling working for Torchmate of Reno. Chris is preceded in death by his brother, Benjamen Cave Maxwell, grandmother Frances Nelson, and grandfather Don Cave. He is survived by his father, Lon Reynolds and stepmother Nicole and mother Kathy Cave Parshley, and stepfather, Cap, daughter Krysti Lynn, and son Brody Benjamen and their mother, Rachel Reynolds. Also surviving are his grandfather, Robert Edgar Nelson (Idaho), uncle Wayne Nelson (Cindy) (Colorado), aunt Mary Nelson Ingersoll (Mike) (Idaho), uncle Gary Romero (Reno), uncle Rick Cave (Cathy) (Dayton), aunt Debbie Boudreau (Mark) (Montana), and grandmother Pat cave (Carson City). Cousins Jamie Waterman, Jason Sorlien (Melissa), Jason Romero (Susie), Ryan Romero (Erica), Jamie Romero Cario (Josh), William Nelson and Lindsay Mallen, along with stepbrothers Jared Parshley, and Chris Wear Parshley (Rhianna). There are too many of Chris’ extended family and friends to mention here that were very close to him but know that you are being remembered.
