Casey James Want, a Douglas High School graduate, is engaged to marry Bethany LeRae White, a Carson High School graduate, next month.
Bethany LeRae White and Casey James Want are planning a wedding ceremony — officiated by Rev. Mark Demel of Zion Lutheran Church in Fallbrook, Calif. — on May 16 at Minden Park.
The bride-to-be, a 2009 graduate of Carson High School, is the daughter of Steve and Kathy White of Carson City. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Nevada, Reno, in 2013. She is a registered nurse at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Reno.
Want, a 2009 graduate of Douglas High School, is the son of Sam Want and the late Pam Want of Gardnerville. He works at KEMET Blue Powder Corporation in Mound House.
