New posthole digger. E.B. Rail has a posthole digger which is worthy of the attention of fence builders. It is oval shaped, about six inches in diameter with a handle about an inch-and-a-half in size. The digger of the hole strikes into the ground with this machine, which holds about six inches of earth, and when it is filled, pulls it out and dumps it. Anyone can dig a hold in one-fourth the time requiring to dig it with a spade.

Wrecked (continued from Tuesday). Who, at 23, finds all his vitality sapped with dissipation, his mental facilities blurred with liquor, and his life a sorry failure. But his father gave him the cursed heritage of wealth, along with the idleness and vice that goes with it, and now he is beyond the reach of any friendly hand that might save him.
