A new starting gate and lights have created new excitement at Carson City BMX.
After 18 years the Carson City BMX track finally has lights for night racing thanks to the Carson City Parks and Recreation Dept., the Nevada State Division of Parks, Ed Gansberg, Kim Copeland and the Youth Sports Association to name a few. Practice is held on Wednesdays starting at 5pm and racing is Friday nights and Sundays at 9am. For more information call the track hotline at 220-7111.
