Dennis Klebe, a Carson City resident since 1971, died on March 19, 2015, in Carson City. He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. December 24, 1946, the son of William and Verna Klebe. After high school graduation in 1963, he attended the University of Minnesota, worked for a printing company, and from 1966-1968 served in the Army. In 1971 he received a Bachelor of mathematics with Distinction from the
University of MN., and then moved to Nevada. He is retired from the State of Nevada where he worked from 1973 to 1998 as a computer programmer/analyst. He was married to Eunice (Varner) Klebe from 1974 until her death in 2007. He and his wife enjoyed traveling, and in later years he particularly enjoyed TV shows from the 1960’s on DVD. He is survived by his Sister: Amy Weicht of Champlin, MN., Nephew Bryan Herron and Niece Jennifer Herron both of Minneapolis, MN., and Nephew and Niece: Mitch and Sherrie Varner of Carson City, NV., Grand Nieces: April Varner Talbert of Kirkwood, MO., and Crystal Varner of Carson City, NV. A Celebration of Life will be held April 25, 2015 at 10:00 am at Fitzhenry’s Chapel of Faith 3945 Fairview Dr. His cremated remains will be buried next to his late wife at Mabury Baptist Cemetery in Mabury, Alabama.
