Nov. 24, 1946 - June 26, 2015

Patrick Ernest Yeager was born in Sacramento, California on November 24, 1946 and went to be with our Lord on June 26, 2015 after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, mother and step-father, brother and one daughter. Those of us who will miss him dearly are his wife of 22 years Nita Yeager; son Patrick (Stacy) Yeager and their two girls; daughters Cyndi (Zac) Logan their two girls; Patricia Ikeda, Angela Stonebreaker, Violet Yeager, Nina Yeager and Ila Yeager & Jose Iberra their two girls and two boys; aunt Hope Yeager; cousin Sandy Stepp, husband and close friend to Pat, Jim; and other cousins, friends at NDOT and the many people he met along his life’s pathway. Patrick retired as Survey Chief for the State of Nevada in August of 2008. The story goes that as a young man he was walking to the unemployment office and a lady stopped him and asked if he wanted to be a surveyor. He said yes and the career he loved had begun. After retirement he loved to mess around in the garden and take camping trips in our trailer. Pat was a 15 year member of Carson City Elks Lodge #2177 where he was Exalted Ruler for two years. Help us celebrate Patrick’s life at Elk’s Lodge #2177 (515 N. Nevada St. Carson City - two blocks west of the Nugget) on Saturday, July 25, 2015. The Elk’s will be conducting their memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Please use Randy’s Game Room entrance if you arrive between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. The Elks and Emblem Club have graciously taken on the venue. Thank you so much brother and sister Elks and the Emblem Club ladies.
