I so appreciate the honesty of the owners of the Jade Horse Chinese Restaurant off Topsy Lane. I dropped my coin purse, with no identification inside, while paying for my lunch. When I noticed it missing a day later, I stopped by, just hoping. Not only was it there, they would not take a reward. How very refreshing. The food is outstanding, too. Thank you so much.
