Janet M. Scott, 89, passed away unexpectedly in Carson City, NV. She was born in Hollywood, CA to Thomas and Mary Lois Gerhart. Gramma Jan, as she was known will be dearly missed by her children; Meredith Scott of Manteca,CA, Susan (Freeman) Johnson of Carson City, NV, Michael (Barbara) Scott, Walene Herzog of Fresno CA and adopted daughter Kimberlee (Larry) Leonard of Dublin, CA.. She also leaves behind her younger sister Judy (Al) Hooper of Fresno CA and many nieces and nephews.Also missing Gramma are the lights of her life - 11 Grand Children and 16 Great-Grand Children. Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert E. Scott. Janet loved to travel, garden and spend time with her extended family and her cats. Services will be held at a later date in Grass Valley, CA.
