Hey Carson! The Carson High Leadership class is organizing a clean-up day at Mills Park on Thursday, Feb. 26, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. This month, Carson High Leadership is focusing on Love Thy Community. So every week, Carson High’s Student Council will be encouraging its fellow students to clean up in several different ways — they will be making posters and fliers and putting them up around the school, it will be on the announcements, and every Thursday of Friday it will be passing out a reward when it sees other students cleaning up. If the majority of the school is cleaned during the week, students will get to listen to music at lunch on Fridays. The event on Feb. 26 is open to the community. The students will be providing gloves and trash bags; please come out and show your support for your community.
