Lauretta M. Hopkins-Flores

Lauretta M. Hopkins-Flores, 75, passed away at home in peacefully on February 8, 2015. She was a longtime resident of Carson City, prior to that she lived in Southern California. She was born August 29, 1939 in California to Odis & Thelma Hopkins. Lauretta was an activity director for local nursing homes and Behavioral health until her retirement. She was an avid collector of various antiques dolls and furniture. She was very well known throughout the community. She will be missed by many, especially family & friends and never forgotten. She is survived by her husband Edward M. Flores, mother Thelma J. Hopkins, sister Carol Mark, daughters Kristine Ludel, Carilynn & Erica Flores, son Keith Flores & numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Carl Flores & father Odis Hopkins. A Memorial Service will be held at Walton’s Chapel of the Valley in Carson City on Thursday Feb. 19, 2015 at 1:00pm
