Carson woman places on UNR Dean’s List

Elizabeth Jarett, a 2014 graduate of Carson High School, is one of 195 students at the University of Nevada, Reno’s College of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Natural Resources to be named to the fall 2014 Dean’s List.

To make the list, students must declare a major, complete 12 course credits and earn a 3.75 or better grade-point average.

Jarett, a science major taking 17 credits, is the daughter of Laura Fromm and William Jarett of Carson City. She achieved a 4.0 grade-point average.

Jarett received the Reno Rodeo Foundation, Gov. Guinn Millennium and George E. Reading scholarships.
