RENO (AP)— Nevada’s undefeated baseball team is ranked 30th in the nation in this week’s Collegiate Baseball poll.
The Wolf Pack completed a three-game sweep of Mountain West Conference foe Fresno State on Sunday to improve to 3-0 in the league, 7-0 overall.
It’s the first time in school history they have opened the season 7-0.
They also won last week at seventh-ranked Texas Tech. They travel to Stanford on Tuesday.
Texas Christian is ranked No. 1 in the poll released Monday, followed by Virginia, Louisiana State, Vanderbilt and Florida.
