Tish Allen, a Carson City woman who decided to turn her passion for organization into a profession, opened Your Clutter Solution in June.

Allen, licensed in Carson City and by the State of Nevada, is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers.

Allen said her business takes on any organization job, large or small, from a single desk to an entire office, or a single closet to an entire house. Clients are never pressured to throw away items, which can also be offered in a garage sale — handled by Your Clutter Solutions — or given to charity. The business also arranges auction or sale of collections and installs some holiday decorations. Moving assistance is also available.

Allen charges $25 per hour for homes and businesses and $35 an hour for garages and sheds, in addition to a free one-hour, no obligation consultation. Discounts are available to seniors moving into a retirement community.
