Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Ham and bean soup, mixed vegetables, blushed pears, crackers and cookies.

TUESDAY: Lemon baked white fish, wild rice, spinach salad, fruit cups and French bread.

WEDNESDAY: Open faced chicken sandwiches with gravy, peas, carrots, pineapple juice and peanut butter bars.

THURSDAY: Rigatoni with meat sauce, Italian vegetables, garlic bread sticks and strawberry yogurt with blueberries.

FRIDAY: Biscuits and sausage gravy, cheese omelet, vegetable juice and peaches.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Turkey bean soup, bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches, orange spinach salad and canned pear halves.

TUESDAY: Lasagna, chopped spinach, low-sodium and low-fat Italian dressing, garlic bread and fresh oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spaghetti noodles, mixed vegetables, garlic cheese bread, peaches and cake.

THURSDAY: Ham and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat bread, carrots, peas, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.

FRIDAY: Waffles with strawberry topping, scrambled eggs, ham, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Chili, cheese and onions, mixed green salad, corn bread and chocolate cream pie.

TUESDAY: Pangasius fish with lemon dill sauce over spinach linguine, kale and vegetable salad with dried fruit and sunflower seeds, Key Largo vegetables and toffee pudding cake.

WEDNESDAY: Beef tips with mushroom gravy over egg noodles, pea salad, winter vegetables and bread pudding with white chocolate sauce.

THURSDAY: Spicy pork loin with corn and bean salsa, roasted red potatoes, spring salad and apple crisp.

FRIDAY: Herb baked chicken, baked potatoes, sour cream and chives, herbed vegetable medley, whole wheat bread with peach apple butter.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Senior’s choice.

TUESDAY: Chicken tacos, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, refried beans, zucchini and tomatoes, salsa with chips and apricots.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti, garlic bread, garden salad and peach cobbler.

THURSDAY: Italian turkey burger, baked steak fries, peas and carrots and honeydew melon.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: French toast with margarine and syrup, bacon, eggs, banana, V8 and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Chicken taco soup and cheese quesadilla.

TUESDAY: Tuna casserole, vegetable medley, sliced tomatoes and bread.

WEDNESDAY: Breaded pork chops, au gratin potatoes, corn on the cob and salad.

THURSDAY: Cheeseburgers, baked beans, deviled eggs and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Baked potatoes, omelet, sausage and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Toasted turkey and Swiss sandwiches, Tater Tots, salad bar and ice cream.

TUESDAY: Hamburgers with fixings, potato salad, beans, salad and cake.

WEDNESDAY: Frito pie, salad and apple crisp.

THURSDAY: Escalloped chicken, salad, garlic bread and brownies.

FRIDAY: Chili dogs, Tater Tots, salad and pudding.
