Siegfried Haket (Sig or Ziggy) was born in The Netherlands on 8/22/40 and passed away peacefully on 2/20/15. He is survived by his 6 Children: Annette, Jacqueline, Suzanne, Erik, Stephanie, and Ashley; 8 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild; 3 Brothers and 2 Sisters. Sig was a gentleman in the true sense of the word, who will be missed by family and friends. He immigrated with family from Holland to South Africa at age 11. The family immigrated again in 1960 by ship to New York and settled in the Bay Area. Sig was an electrician working for various companies and running his own business, Louis Electric in Redwood City. He was a loving and caring father and grandfather. After retirement Sig moved to Dayton, Nevada. His passions in life were providing for his family, delving in the art of racing pigeons, dancing, shuffleboard, karaoke, and a gift for telling great jokes, and never forgetting the punch line!
