Religion briefly: First Christian Church offering Vacation Bible School

First Christian Church, 2211 Mouton Drive, Suite E, is hosting its vacation Bible school in which children are invited to sings, shout, praise and pray while being introduced to Bible stories with a daily theme.

The event, which runs from 6:15 to 8:30 p.m. June 8-12, encourages children to love God and be motivated to serve others through interactive activities.
