Michele J. Curry

Michele Curry passed away at home surrounded by husband and daughter. Michele was born in Oceanside, Ca. in 1952. Her family eventually settled in Danville, Il. She was a graduate of Danville High and went on to graduate from Az. State University. In 1987 Michele married Richard Curry in South Lake Tahoe, Ca. She was an employee of the South Lake Tahoe Post Office for several years. In 1993 Michele became the proud mother of a beautiful baby girl, Chandler Nicole Curry. Before retiring from the Post Office to raise her daughter she worked at the Dayton, Nv. office. Michele had a love for reading, hand crafts, her pets and helping others. She never met a person she did not like and took great pride in donating to charities within her community. Michele is survived by her husband Richard and her daughter Chandler of Dayton, Nv., her father James Jordan., brothers James Jordan and his wife Dee, Matt Jordan and his wife Jill. There will be a “Celebration of Life” honoring Michele on Sunday Nov.1 from 12PM - 5PM at 807 River Knolls Ct. in Dayton, NV. Instead of flowers Michele had ask that donations be made in her name to the Dayton Food Pantry and the boys and girls club of Dayton.
