Allen D. Woods

Allen D. Woods passed away on November 5, 2015 at Northern Nevada Hospital. Allen was born January 25, 1931 in Michigan. He has lived in Fallon, Nevada for the past 9 years, moving here from Redondo Beach, California. He had been in law enforcement for over 20 years with the Redondo Beach Police Department, working his way up to a Captain. At the time of his retirement he was the acting Chief of Police. Preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Woods. Allen is survived by his children, Bobbette Hampton; Steve Woods; Jan Woods; Marty Woods; Mark Woods; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A celebration of Allen’s life will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 11:00 AM at The Gardens Funeral Home.
