Scott Patrick Harper

Scott Patrick Harper passed away on November 14, 2015. He grew up in Westwood CA where he graduated high school. He attended Butte College in Chico for two years where he would continue to play football. He furthered his education at Chico State University and graduated with his degree in Liberal Studies. Scott married Theresa David Harper and they have two children, Emily, 14 and Gunnar, 20. Scott enjoyed all things outdoors but above all, he was devoted to his family. In addition to his wife and two children, Scott is survived by his mother, Patricia Parker, his brothers, Kenny Harper, Kelly Harper, Sean Parker and Willie Parker. Scott was predeceased by his father Chuck Harper and his Papa, Walt Parker. To know Scott was to love him; he will be greatly missed.
