SOUTH LAKE TAHOE — A small plane reportedly crashed around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10, in South Lake Tahoe. Initial on-site reports said there were two fatalities.
The crash site is said to be located on Tionontati Street near Lake Tahoe Airport in a neighborhood. The Associated Press reported that the plane crashed into a house and that “the Beech 35 Bonanza had just taken off from the Lake Tahoe Airport.”
Investigation is pending. The Associated Press reported no one on the ground was injured. The fire was reportedly out by 7:30 p.m.
