Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, rolls, pears and raspberry sherbet.

TUESDAY: Seafood Louie salad with crab, shrimp, onion, celery, cucumber, mayonnaise, eggs and dressing, French bread, bananas and fruit pie.

WEDNESDAY: French toast with syrup, sausage, peaches, muffins and vegetable juice.

THURSDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, California blend vegetables, fresh orange sections, whole wheat bread and unsalted margarine.

FRIDAY: Baked meat loaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, low-sodium French dressing, whole wheat bread, peach butter and fruit cups.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Beef and vegetable soup, tuna macaroni salad, low-sodium crackers and orange rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Taco salad, beets, onions, chips and strawberry shortcake.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spinach spaghetti, tossed salad, Italian dressing and pineapple chunks.

THURSDAY: Patty melt on rye bread, baked fries, carrot salad and mixed fruit.

FRIDAY: Chicken fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, melon and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, grain bread, butternut squash and strawberry banana yogurt pops.

TUESDAY: Chicken cassoulet with sausage and white beans, tossed salad with cashews, corn bread, apple juice and cherry crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Beef brisket, baked potatoes with sour cream and chives, peas, pearl onions and peach Melba.

THURSDAY: Pulled pork sandwiches, potato wedges, apple and zucchini slaw, chuck wagon blend vegetables and fruit and pudding dessert.

FRIDAY: Stuffed salmon with white sauce, squash casserole, romaine cranberry salad, brown rice and vanilla bean ice cream.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Barbecue chicken, sour cream potato salad, steamed spinach, corn on the cob, margarine, grain bread, apple butter and fresh bananas.

TUESDAY: Ham and beans, spinach, green salad with dressing, corn bread, margarine, cottage cheese, pears and Jell-O.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken noodle casserole, mixed vegetables, whole wheat rolls, margarine, and peach cobbler.

THURSDAY: Chile relleno, Spanish rice, broccoli, cauliflower, flour tortilla, margarine and spicy pears.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Egg and sausage bake, apricots and oatmeal.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Deli subs, coleslaw and fruit.

TUESDAY: Hungarian goulash, vegetables, rolls and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey bacon wraps, macaroni salad and fruit.

THURSDAY: Chicken chow mein, egg rolls and fried rice.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Ham, eggs, toast and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chili cheese baked potatoes, steamed carrots, muffins and fruit.

TUESDAY: Polish dogs, chips, salad and apple strudel.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad, rolls and fruit.

THURSDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables and cake.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 8:30: Ham, scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuits, gravy and sweet rolls.
