Thin equals smart

Being thin and exercising is apparently a secret code to being smart! If you think about it, all the smart people of the world were thin to begin with. Apparently, the brain gets soft when the body does.

Hungry artists create the best art, see a thin Michelangelo, Vincent van Gogh, Picasso, Elvis Presley, Madonna, Joan Baez, Beethoven, Johann Sebastian Bach, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Eric Clapton, Michael Jackson, even Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber.

Scientists include: Einstein, Jobs, Gates, Pascal, Nikola Tesla, Marie Curie, Darwin, Galileo, Nikolai Kondratiev, Newton, Louis Pasteur, Aristotle, Niels Bohr, Archimedes, Michael Faraday, Johannes Kepler, James Watson, Copernicus.

Writers: Shakespeare, Hemingway, John Steinbeck, Margaret Atwood, Dickinson, Woolf, Jane Austen, young Toni Morrison, Maya Angelou, Sylvia Plath, Agatha Christie, Louisa May Alcott, Mark Twain, Robert Frost.

Sports announcers: Al Michaels, Vin Scully, Joe Buck, Jim Nantz, Harry Caray, Howard Cosell, Bob Costas.

Journalists: Bob Woodward, Carl Bernstein, Anderson Cooper, Walter Cronkite, Hunter S. Thompson, Glenn Greenwald, Christiane Amanpour.

All athletes and models are thin, of course, including Melania Trump.

John F. and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis were both quite thin and in great physical condition. Reagan, Lincoln, Washington, Teddy Roosevelt, Gandhi, Mandela, Barack Obama; Jesus Christ ... all thin.

I can’t wait to head to Fitness For 10, do a multiple-hour cardio workout, then eat spinach, kale, onions, garlic, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, grapefruit, pumpkin seeds, sweet potato, wild salmon, dried persimmons, pineapple, cranberries, and cherries, washed down with lots of water (hold the wine and beer).
